2. Scope, purpose, and legal basis of processing
We process your personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection. We process data in two main categories:
A. Contact and order forms
If you contact us through a website form, we process the following data: first and last name, email address, phone number, and the content of your message.
The purpose is to respond to your request, prepare a price offer, or perform a contract for cleaning and facility services.
The legal basis is processing necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract or to perform a contract under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
B. Cookies and online identifiers (GA4)
When you visit our website, we process network identifiers such as cookies, IP addresses, and client IDs.
The purpose is traffic analysis, website performance measurement, and improvement of the user experience through Google Analytics 4.
The legal basis is your voluntary and explicit consent, which you grant through the cookie banner on the website under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
3. Recipients of personal data (third parties)
We keep your personal data secure. We provide it to third parties only to the extent necessary to operate the website and provide our services:
- Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) through Google Analytics 4 scripts for traffic analysis.
- The web hosting and IT services provider responsible for managing and hosting zafrea.sk.
- Public authorities or other entities where such obligation follows from the law.
4. Data retention period
We do not keep your data longer than necessary for the purpose for which it was obtained:
- Form data and inquiries are kept for 1 year after the communication is resolved, unless a contract is concluded. If a contract is concluded, the retention period follows statutory financial and archiving rules, usually 10 years.
- Analytics data in Google Analytics 4 is retained for 14 months from your last activity on the website and is then automatically deleted.
5. Cookie use and management options
Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use them to ensure the operation of the website and to analyze traffic.
Technical (essential) cookies
Technical cookies are enabled automatically because the website would not work properly without them. They do not require consent.
Analytics and marketing cookies
Analytics and marketing cookies are activated only if you click “I agree” or “Accept all” on our cookie banner.
You can change or fully withdraw your cookie consent at any time through the cookie banner settings on our website, or by deleting cookies directly in your internet browser.
6. Your rights as a data subject
In connection with personal data processing, you have the following rights under GDPR:
- The right to access your personal data and receive information about its processing.
- The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- The right to erasure, also known as the right to be forgotten, if the data is no longer needed or if you withdraw consent.
- The right to restrict data processing.
- The right to data portability to another controller.
- The right to withdraw your consent at any time where processing is based on consent, for example in relation to cookies.
- The right to object to data processing.
